What's included in the cleaning?
Our regular cleaning covers all the essentials: dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitizing kitchens and bathrooms. For those needing a more intensive scrub, our deep cleaning service includes detailed work on baseboards, blinds, and appliances. Do I need to be home during my house cleaning appointment?
No, you do not need to be present! Many of our clients provide us with a key or an entry code. All Home Care Keeper staff are fully vetted and background-checked to ensure your home is safe and secure. If you prefer to be home while we work, that is perfectly fine too! We just ask that we have clear access to the areas being cleaned.
Do you provide the cleaning supplies and equipment?
Yes, we bring everything needed to make your home sparkle. If you have a specific “specialty cleaner” you prefer we use on a certain surface, just let us know, and we will be happy to accommodate your request.
How do I schedule weekly or bi-weekly cleaning services?
Setting up recurring cleaning services is easy! Most of our clients find that a bi-weekly schedule is the best way to maintain a stress-free, clean home. You can book directly through our website or give us a text to customize a cleaning frequency that fits your lifestyle and budget.
